Fee ($2.00/document) confirmed on vitalrecords.tn.gov; phone, email, payment methods and document examples come from the older SOS page https://sharetngov.s3.amazonaws.com/sos/bus_svc/apostilles_info.htm (2011 copyright, lists hours to 4:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. cutoff, which conflict with the current guide's 4:15 p.m. / 2:00 p.m.). Current guide values used for hours. Prepaid FedEx/UPS return labels accepted (must list requester as both sender and recipient).
