Editor's note

Fee, processing time, address and phone come from the companion official page corp.delaware.gov/submitting-non-commercial-documents-for-apostille-or-authentication/. The personal-use fee wording ("discounts its fees to $30.00 for any documents that are presented simultaneously") is ambiguous as to whether $30 covers a bundle or each document; left as stated. Expedited fee amounts are on the Corporate Fee Schedule PDF, which could not be retrieved. Payment methods and email not stated on either page. Mailed requests need a cover memo stating purpose and destination country.
