Editor's note
Page states "Authentication requests are required to be filed online" at enterprise.sos.nm.gov, while also accepting walk-in and mailed documents; the online filing appears to be the request step with originals delivered in person or by mail. No expedited service mentioned. Apostille is attached with an eyelet; removing it invalidates the authentication. Documents returned abroad require a prepaid international air bill and envelope.
